- The files included are the .com file for setting up your printer and the
- assembly source with the related files for those who want to know how it
- works. This is from a Charles Petzold listing in PC World.
-
- To use, just enter the command:
-
- PSET [optional decimal characters]
-
- where the 'optional decimal characters' are numeric commands for your printer.
- There is no limit as to how many commands you can string, but they must be
- compatible. That is you cannot specify both pica and elite type fonts and
- expect any results!
-
- Remember to use only decimal characters. Many printer manuals use hex
- notation and that won't work properly.
-
- This program is short and simple and has no error checking qualities. If you
- enter, say a non-numeric string character, you will end up confusing your
- printer and will get some pretty interesting but unproductive results. You
- might lock up your system too.
-
- Enjoy experimenting and live free...............
